CAADP Implementation Strategy and Roadmap to Achieve the 2025 Vision

The 2014 Malabo Declaration on Accelerated Agricultural Growth and Transformation for Shared Prosperity and Improved Livelihoods expresses firm recommitment toward attainingcan agriculture revolution in Africa. This recommitment arose as a result of the progress made and lessons learnt in the implementation of earlier AU Decisions and Declarations, most notably the 2013 Maputo Declaration on Agriculture and Food Security in Africa.

Swaziland as a developing middle income country has continuously sought to create an enabling environment for the development of the agricultural sector. It also aimed to identify the capacities needed in the short, medium, and long term to strengthen SAKSS in Mozambique. Mozambiques agricultural sector is the major source of income and the base for food security for the majority of the population.
