Monitoring and Assessing Targets of the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP) and the First Millennium Development Goal (MDG) in Africa, Babatunde Omilola, Mbaye Yade, Joseph Karugia, and Pius Chilonda, July 2010

This paper comprehensively monitors and assesses progress of CAADP targets and tracks corresponding progress in key poverty and hunger indicators in Africa. In this regard, the report provides information on the CAADP agenda and the first Millennium Development Goal (MDG) in Africa by reviewing the progress of implementation and performance against a number of key benchmarks.
