CAADP Day, July 21st

From CAADP: The next CAADP Day will be held on the 21st of July 2010 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso within the context of the Africa Agriculture Science Week under the theme: ‘Post-Compact CAADP Imple-mentation: the African private sector and investments in agriculture’.

The 2010 ‘CAADP Day’ is set to be an inclusive dialogue platform bringing together African political leaders, CAADP Champions, farmers and civil society organizations, the private sector, think-tank institutions, representatives from the diaspora and the development partners. However, delibera-tions this year will reinforce discussions and support key decisions and proposals that are in sup-port of private sector engagements in CAADP.
